group activity, testing a number of skills, also individual tasks. felt a bit like apprentice, wanting to be at forefront and being heard. lots of assesors in the room. Good floor visit, meeting staff was good.
Informal chat, list of questions and very friendly. I felt at ease instantly as the guy was very welcoming. A few situation questions were asked and nothing too difficult, have these prepared and you will be fine.

Was quite a smooth and quick interview. A few questions asked such as what do you do in your free time, how would you deal with collegues you don't get along with and so on. Allowed me to ask questions at the end and kept me updated within 2 weeks.

For example, tell me about a time you worked as a team. Tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it. Tell me a time you worked in a high-pressure situation.
