Had 4 interviews over a span of 3 months, both on and off-site. Strange process that took a very long time and slow progress, I had to push to move forward several times as I was in other processes, which still didn't help much. As things I believed we were at the end of the process after 3 months of interviews and positive feedback, I asked how long they reckon it would take before we could sign (if all parties were content by then). They never responded and haven't heard from them since. They've re-published their ad several times since. The unusually long process, lack of communication, and sleepiness of the entire thing (although they were very nice and polite and keen to keep the conversation going), made me question how they would find clients for their consultants in a timely manner and how the company treats their employees or potential hires. A waste of time and lack respect for candidates. Very bad brand management.

Did a code interview and second “impression” interview. Was a pretty straight forward process. Not difficult. Extremely smart people at b3, really made a good impression. I wrote 30 words now
