- 3 interviews + 3 follow up calls all over zoom/teams PROS - Enjoyable interviews, very conversational, - Great drive to make social change, - Task for the 2nd interview was interesting and enjoyable - Founders seem nice, CONS - They do not practice what they preach as the Head Of D&I moved an interview for personal reasons but was not patient nor supportive when I was ill half way through the process, - Very impatient as they complained having to wait 3 working days for me to reply to their offer when I have other offers and interviews, - regardless of them telling me I am their "best candidate" they withdrew their offer as my references "took too long" (two weeks at best) forgetting I cannot control speed of referees and they have lives themselves, - In the post offer call there was a lack of emotional intelligence or acknowledgement of their failings instead putting it all on me, SUMMARY - a very impatient firm that talks alot about a loving and supportive culture without actually showing it.
