Interviewed with the owner face to face. Also brought in the project manager for support. Very casual meeting. The company has a New owner of 3 weeks. No idea how to conduct an interview. They didn't even know what the position title would actually be since they didn't have titles. Even the project manager didn't have a title, she said she did everything.
