The hiring and interview process was really straightforward. I got an in-person interview at a career fair for the next day, and then completed a phone interview with two managers. The initial interview was really casual; just to get a feel for the culture. The phone interviews were a bit more formal (STAR questions) and only took an hour; 30 minutes with each interviewer.
