Interview process was laid back, nothing too scary or special. Partner really enjoyed talking so it made it easy since I did not have to carry the entirety of the conversation

They were very upfront and accommodating. Always personal emails are being received, with no automated processes - got the impression they really wanted to know me rather than technical answers to note down. A lot of different staff to deal with, but it was pretty quick. First interview was about 3 weeks before offer.

Alot of personal questions and alot less "What would you do if...". Basically like a conversation, it was nice.
1 phone interview followed by 2 zoom interviews, the first one with the recruiter and the other a technical one with the manager of the office for which the job posting was
