Great experience. HR was quick and responsive, went to great lengths to understand my experience and skill-set and where that would fit best within the firm. Interviews with the Partners were great. They were very personable and took the time to dig into my experience and understand my aspirations.

Gespräch im Format eines Teams Calls: es ging um persönliches Kennenlernen, Jobbeschreibung wurde erläutert, persönlicher Umgang stand im Fokus und was man sich gegenseitig vorstellt, es wurden keine fachlichen Fragen gestellt.

Process included two rounds and more focused on technical aspects of the role. It started off with first round with directors followed by final round with partners. Both rounds were around an hour or so.
