The recruiter scheduled 30 minute call and was late then instead of providing a concise description of the role/salary requested a complete info-dump of how to add value to a position which wasn't clearly defined. There was no transparency or professionalism. It's a 2-way street and should be a dialogue vs interrogation. Not interested in working for a company who advertises for positions without allocating for a budget and quixotically asking candidates how much they want to get paid. Additionally the recruiter took no time to read my CV and literally asked what my current-day company did after explaining in depth. Even after viewing the company website they seemed perplexed; which lead me to believe that there was no due diligence and left a negative impression. I ended the interview!!!
