I applied through a recruitment firm. A recruiter round, followed by a phone round and an in person round. After the initial conversation with the recruiter, I received a call from 2 senior QA members who walked through my resume and asked me questions about my previous projects and technologies. This lasted for around 20-25 minutes. I got a call from the recruiter on the very same day about an in person round and scheduled it in 2 days. I went to their Markham office where I was interviewed on technical skills by a senior QA member and then on soft skills by the QA manager. Each of these lasted for around 20-30 minutes.
