Many red flags during interview process. The founder and VP of Operations were rudely whispering about me right in front of me. I also reached out to two former employees who both told me how underpaid, and overworked they were. Five employees have come and gone in the past few months. Scary high turnover rate. I also heard reviews of pettiness and cattiness from the founder. They gave me an offer that was insulting low and way under the industry standard. They refused to make it a hourly position because they knew they couldn’t overwork me for free that way. I advise the managers to pay your employees reasonably and hire enough employees and maybe you wouldn’t have such a horrible turnover.
