I had an online application, then was shortlisted for a video interview assessed reportedly via AI. That's not really user-friendly, as there are no interaction. You only have a few minutes before you start answering the question, and this can be stressful; however, if you need more time to craft your answer, you can re-record your answer - and then you have a lot of time to prepare it!
