I started by contacting the company through a connection and exchanged several phone calls where the needs of the company were shared with me along with an analysis of my hopes for the job and expectations. After several weeks, an interview was conducted that included responding to real-life examples and several relevant questions for the job.

I was asked to sell multliple things on the spot, including products I had sold before, and products that the company produces that I wasn't familiar with yet. It was a good test of blind selling.
