4 team members interviewed me individually. The team director interviews first, followed by the manager. Each member had a one on one opportunity to interview the candidate. The whole interview lasted for about 1 hour 45 min. The interview process was relatively pleasant. The hiring manager got in touch with me within 1 week and decided to give me an offer.

The HR set up online interview and then manager interview followed by. During the interview, the senior manager mentioned the team worked as a family and people called each other at mid-night to get the work done. Claiming this is not a transactional work where you log in at 9 and log off at 5. At that point, I know I wouldnt want this job at all. Good luck to those who work till midnight.
