Had an interview over teams with three people from BMT, firstly spoke about the role and how I will fit to it. Then did some competency questions. Then had a section on thought process where they give you a scenario and see how you overcome the challenges - they know you don’t know all the answers but check on your problem solving. Then ask if you have any questions on the company.
