1. Initial phone call from HR asking details of my qualifications, language proficiencies (spoken and programming), salary expectations etc.
2. Another skype interview with HR. It included basic intro, why I wanted to join the company, how soon can I start etc.
3. A technical interview with 2 people.
After all these interviews there has been no answer.

HR questions: Introduce yourself, Why join BNP Paribas? What do you know about BNP Paribas, salary expectations, willing to work on bank holidays?
Technical questions: Explain something about your work(a problem that you solved etc). A math problem involving numbers, a related question regarding its implementation. Two programming questions: coin change problem and max sum of array problem.

30 minutes based on resume and technical questions. It’s good because the interviewer was nice and supportive. When you can’t answer the question, he will give you the hint. I think it went smooth actually.

first an online assessment, then three interviews on MS with three members of the team. Fully technical questions, no fit questions. Process lasted about a month. Got an answer after 2 weeks from the last interview
