2 interviews of 40 minutes each both technical and not technical. Was mostly expected like other banks. People are nice and the interview process is very streamlined. It was fully remote so entirely with Zoom. LBO Model and Merger and acquisitions model for an internship.

Second round technical interview about valuation methods, general accounting knowledge, how to get FCFF and operating income, compare pros and cons of different valuation models .
Innoversite - Hackathon based selection process. Online assessment is the 1st screening process, then they shortlist for the hackathon there you'll be teamed up with people randomly. Make sure you have a good communication skills, showcase yourself not only coding perfectionists but also in other activities conducted there.

Given a scenario and asked to answer comprehension questions related to it while suggesting technological solutions + diagram drawing. Quite unprofessional over MS Teams, will kick you out over technical difficulties on their end and you're required to email your work to them. Pretty inefficient and taxing process.
