I applied for the position via internet. It took about a week to hear back from the company. The interview was set up by their HR rep and a few days later I was interviewed. They ask pretty standard questions about your background and experience. Overall it was a positive experience. It took about two weeks to hear from them and they extended an offer.

Long day of interviews, nothing difficult in particular, personality survey was odd. Didn't get an offer but they did fly me in and out for the interview. Overall seems like a good company to work for but a lot of long days and frequent moves deterred me from working there.

Tell us about a time when you had to deal with conflict.
Pretty in depth. Standard interview, hair follicle test, and online test. There are tons of candidates who will be selected to at least do the interview process, make sure to dress business casual during the interview.

I applied online and was one of a few candidates interviewed in person. They were flexible with scheduling and knowledgeable on the subject they were asking about. They were careful about who they were hiring and asked many questions.
