First step wast an introductory call with HR. Then there were in person meetings with three Wealth Directors and the Sales Associate Team lead, all for 30 minutes. More of a conversation style interview process.

My interview process overall last about 6-months due to a company hiring freeze. I met with two Regional Directors, two Wealth Directors, and two Team Leaders in all. The process was very well communicated and efficient (outside of the hiring freeze and delays associated with that).

Not bad as I thought it would go they asked general questions,why bny,what are your strengths and weaknesses and why should we hire you in our company , will there be Committment from your end etc
