Enrolled with Temp agency, queried the BOI vacancies which I had heard about from a relative. Submitted CV and application form, received phone call scheduling a telephone interview. Telephone interview was okay, mainly competency based questions asking for examples of how I overcame problems, teamwork, communication skills etc. Then went to head office to fill in more forms incl. passport photo, bank details. Began job the next week.
