It was looking as if they dont know the technology they are hiring for.
All the question are from sql which were also learnt from internet.
Not even single question have been asked from the technology they have called an candidate.
Also it was looking sought of an marketing of there company calling around 150 people (Almost half of there whole company strength) in total of QA, .NET, BI.
Interviewer was looking so in-experienced dont know how to tackle candidate.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BOLD (Noida)

The interview process was not properly organised. We had to wait for a long time and on top of that we faced a panelist who was an unethical and a rude person not open to any solutions/ discussions and argued constantly on the solutions provided. Also, we were not provided with any feedback.
Advice to recruitment team and panel:
Do ensure you assign the duty to some sensible interviewers having basic ethical and working sense to communicate during an interview.
It is very unprofessional on your team's end to behave this way. Do ensure to conduct your processes in a highly ethical manner with congenial environment and resources.
