Meet with one of the owners , very causal interview and connected on a personal level , I had been out of this industry for some time and was looking to get back in , I had interviewed with 3 other roofing company prior to Brax and was considering one other , i accepted the offer from brax at my interview because of 2 reasons , 1 - I felt the company would be able to provide me with the income i desired and believed that their were some opportunities ahead , so far i an happy with where my income is and very excited about the opportunities and the potential so far has exceeded my expectations. 2- the family life was very important to me , I am a workaholic, if not out in the field I'm up late working on leads, follow up and ways to grow business , but being a single dad its very important to be there for my child's events , the owners of Brax have helped me make sure I haven't missed anything and also are totally there and understandtabe with any healt concerns .
