Nice people but very long interview process as the company cannot make a decision and does not respect candidate’s time. First had screening call mid April, then had in early June an office interview day with excel test, then had in late June another in office interview with a MD for an hour, then asked in early July a zoom MD interview and was told an offer is coming. Then was told I would have to meet with another 2 MDs for office interviews. These interviews were scheduled and then canceled and then rescheduled again and canceled again on the day before or morning of the interview due to conflicts. The recruiter was nice but not helpful and said everyone is at will to the MDs. After the second cancellation, I decided not to continue my candidacy for the position. I was really disappointed with this company because I really wanted to work there but they clearly are not organized and do not know what they want.
