Started with a phone interview just to screen. Once this was passed, I met with 2 directors that I would be working with, and finally the VP I would be working under. The 2 directors conducted the interview in a typical manner, but the VP really got into the nitty gritty questions. Both sessions really just wanted to see how you fit in with the people there. Personality and work ethic are big factors in the process, although the turnaround was very rushed. Once I finished with the VP, they asked if I could come in 2 days later.
