I applied to CRMNext via job portal listings and got a call from their HR soon after. She took my screening on the call and told me to take a test over the weekend so as to have a final interview next monday. Pretty great right !? Well, I took the test which I was pretty sure that I cleared (since I triple checked all of my answers) and was expecting a call or a mail to clarify on how to move ahead. Almost three weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything from them. I even called the HR who took my initial interview and she asked me to give her "evening's time" to reply. They haven't replied to my feedback mail as well. Whether I'm hired or not, its my right and their responsibility to tell me about my application status or at least provide a feedback. Have some moral ethics if you really want to be even half the company as you claim to be. Don't waste people's precious time because irrespective of your ignorance, people do have their lives and families to look after. If anyone is even thinking of applying here, take my advice and please don't waste your time. If they're ignorant about people while hiring them, they would definitely don't give a damn about their employees at all.
