I was called out of the blue and was told to take a culture index. The lady mentioned that I should be as mean as possible on the said culture index because that is the personality that they are looking for.

A recruiter reached out to me to apply for the position within the company. we scheduled a time for him to call me with more information about the position. He told me the interview was a simple personality test that everyone has to take. I went into the office on the day of my appointment to take the test. It was 3 pages, one of which was timed. Your score is then tallied and you find out then if you are worthy to work there. Unfortunately/Fortunately, based off of my scores, I did not meet the requirements. Overall it was a very simple process. I was then told, a recruiter would follow up with me to see about potential job offerings. No one has contacted me yet.
