I now I understand why Badger has bad reviews. I was hesitant with interviewing here after reading the reviews but I wanted to check it out because their mission was interesting to me. The first interview was with the hiring manager and it went really well. He wanted me to interview with other team members so hr set it up. The second interview the person was late to the Zoom meeting and said she hadn't looked at my resume and didn't have it pulled up. I was immediately turned off by this, it came off extremely unprofessional. The rest of the interview was fine, I got the feeling that it was going to be a lot of work. The company doesn't use any software to communicate internally and this raised a red flag for me. Then I had another Zoom meeting right after, it went fine. I asked a lot of questions because I wanted to know what I was getting myself into. They wanted me to meet with another person, HR set it up again. Then 20 minutes before my interview I receive an email that something came up and they had to reschedule and to send my availability which I did. I never heard back, so I followed up. They told me they weren't moving forward with me. I'm glad it didn't work out because after all the interviews the company and their workflow sounded scattered. Like other people have said the company is very unprofessional with the way they handle things.
