Cases were structured but probing on trade-offs and math under time pressure; PEI focused on leadership, resilience, and drive. Interviewers were sharp, respectful, and gave clear hints when I was stuck. Logistics were smooth and punctual, with same-day feedback after each round. Overall, demanding but fair; strong emphasis on hypothesis-driven thinking and client impact.
