Bain habe ich über ein Event kennengelernt und also ich mich im Anschluss für die Stelle als Consultant beworben habe, kam am selben Tag noch die Einladung zum ersten Auswahltag in München. Der Auswahltag ging über einen Vormittag. Reise und Hotelübernachtung wurde von Bain organisiert.
Neben mir waren an dem Tag noch 4 weitere Bewerber dort. Zunächst gab es eine kurze Präsentation über die Firma in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Anschließend gab es 3 Einzelgespräche mit Case Team Leadern a 45 min. Im ersten Gespräch wurde in der erste Hälfte auf meinen Lebenslauf und meine Motivation eingegangen und im zweiten Teil musste ich ein kleines Abschätzungs-Case lösen. Im zweiten Interview wurde dann nach einer ganz kurzen Vorstellung ein Case auf englisch bearbeitet und im dritten Interview, ebenfalls nach einer kurzen Vorstellung, ein Case auf deutsch.

Very structured process with case interviews and behavioral. Most easily accessed through on campus recruiting. Very structured and helpful that timing and feedback are quick and clear, recruiting typically runs on cycles, with consultant interviews in winter

Ghosted by HR for Malaysia office after interviewing 3 rounds. Interviewed by associate, senior associate and partner. Typical consulting case questions. Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
