As expected for MBB. Excellent performances needed and back up from Senior partner. Internal interview. If you came for outside Bain you will have to go through case interviews which are challenging and need time for prep.

The process needs up to 7 rounds. Covering cases, technical interviews, previous experiences, problem solving, and fit. Every turn, even informal ones, could be disqualifying. Do not underestimate preparation. On more senior roles, you will have to demonstrate further skills (technical, major achievements...)
