It was a campus based recruitment process, where Bain comes in for the career fair and applicants can submit their CVs. After few days, shortlisted candidates get a call and are allotted a buddy to get a better understanding of the firm. After some format interactions with the partners, the candidates further shortlisted for case interviews get calls and the interview process begins.

Good interview process. Response was quick and was able to hear back on the outcome in a couple of days after the interview. 3 stags overall including the initial HR screening followed by a case study.
Case interviews in both Japanese and English. Case interviews were more like Fermi estimations for market size/customer size rather than formal business-structured case interviews. Brief introductions at the beginning, but generally not too focused on socialization.
