The interview process in Bogotá consists in 3 parts. First, a test that leaves around 10% of applicants. Second, round of two case interviews with high level consultants of the office. Third, another round of two case interviews with partners.

Online assessment testing on analysis and problem-solving skills, followed by a video assessment with about 2 tries only. The process was quite lengthy and it is recommended for you to come prepared for the assessment.
