I interviewed at the Bain Capability Center - Gurgaon for the Project Leader position. I was called to their office after the screening round for a f2f. On Day-1 there were couple of manager interviews, pretty straightforward with couple of guesstimates. The quality of interviewers seems average, they didnt had the courtsey to even introduce themselves. Also, they were unfamiliar with the common industry terms like ATL, BTL etc. I cleared both the manager rounds and then on the Day-2 was asked to meet the group manager for the final round. Again, no case studies just a high level guesstimate, but she did take the time to help me understand the working and structure of the team. Overall I would say Bain has very average set of people running their BCN - Gurgaon office.

Interviewed for TMT. The Director was more interested in knowing what I did not know or I could not contribute. If you are from Kanpur, Lucknow or simply from UP then your chances of selection are high in TMT-Bain. Like always the HR did not 'get back to you'
