You had to submit your resume and cover letter. Then around 20 people were invited to interviews. The interviews consisted of two case study interviews (45 minutes each) with some other behavioural questions in between. Apparently all graduates are recruited nationally and ranked against each other and the top are chosen. So they don't choose the top from Perth and the top from Sydney. They put them all in a big pool and choose the top, so it may mean no one from Perth gets chosen. After the first round of interviews they have a second round (which I did not get). They then offer you a job. This all happens within a week and is very rushed.

very difficult initial interview with three stages. The market sizing question, case study, and personality suitability. The market sizing requires months of practice to get smooth and the case study needs a high degree of familiarity with graphs etc
