Went on an interview last year and made it to the technical assessment stage. Weeks passed after that only to be told that the position is no longer available due to internal restructuring. A year after, the HR contacted saying that the position is once again available and was wondering if I would still be interested. Excited, I agreed to another set of interviews and, again, made it to the technical assessment stage. It has now been 36 days after the assessment stage with no response of any sort to any of my follow-up emails from the HR. “Our commitment to creating the best place to work for all starts before Day One. From the recruitment process to long-term development, we have designed an employee experience centered on growth and inclusion.” is what they claim to say and do. I had the most absolute respect, enthusiast. and positive outlook on the company. I did not expect poor communication and unprofessionalism from such a prestigious and highly-recognised company such as Bain. This has truly been a disappointing experience.
