Format:
1. Warm introduction.
2. Discuss BairesDev.
3. How soon could I join the company?
3. Questions about my experience:
- Largest team I've managed?
- Largest paid advertising budget I've managed?
- How long have I been a Director of Growth Marketing?
- How many years of marketing experience do I have?
4. Salary expectations
5. Three or four mathematical questions:
- 100 in January, 90 in February. What number would March be for the average quarterly number to be 100.
- What's the difference between 12 months at $80/mth versus a $790 one-time payment?
- Handshake problem (6 people) = 15 unique introductions
6. Two situational questions:
- How many people globally would get at least one of the mathematical questions correctly?
- Which our countries account for the largest user base on LinkedIn: US, India, Brazil, UK?
7. Discussed next steps:
- Leonardo said he would send a few tasks for me to complete by Tuesday.
- He asked if I had any additional questions.
