Após realizar os testes na plataforma, fui convidada para o processo seletivo. Fiz entrevista com o RH, com a minha gerente direta, preparei um case relacionado à minha área e conversei com mais dois diretores.

The interview with HR was like talking to a robot. It was like the recruiter was only reading a manuscript, asking tons of questions for only yes/no answers. Zero interest in knowing the candidate. After a while, she shared a presentation with 4 logical and problem-solving questions I needed to answer. They weren't related to the role. In the end, the recruiter asked me about my high school average grade. Not sure how that's relevant since I finished 15 years ago. Anyways, I didn't enjoy the experience. It wasn't human at all.
