There were several rounds of interviews that I went through for a position that was going to be new to the organization. Thus, my process was a bit out of the ordinary. I had multiple rounds of interviews through Chief of Staff and then other leadership. There were also online test that needed to be taken on a timely basis that tested your analytical/problem solving as well as business approach.
