Thais sent me an email with instructions on how the interview would go and some information about the company. Once I joined, she walked me through the interview process, asked me some personal/professional questions in Portuguese, then we switched to English to talk about accomplishments and challenges in my professional life and then back to Portuguese for additional questions and topics about the hiring process. She then opened the floor for any questions I had.
