The hiring process is pretty long. First video interview, then an in person event that 19 other candidates attended. A lot of testing/ behavioral questions, like, Tell me about how you would deal with difficult people.

After an online test and a video interview, there was a group dynamics, followed by two short interviews (~15 min), then by a third (non-evaluative) interview with the CLP leader
