They had sent me an invite for interview the previous date of the scheduled interview. I somehow managed my work to take day off next day. I was about to start next day and I got the surprising call that the interview is "postponed".
Very next day I recieved a surprising email that they have decided to go with someone else!
Now I feel good that I didn't attend interview in the "decision changing" company!

2 stage interview process. One virtual second is a phone call then a zoom. It was a good process just need to make sure you know everything you put on your resume

It was very averagely difficult. I think it depends on the location and the hiring manager. I did one digital interview and then met with hiring managers virtually. Apply and be prepared.
