Self introduction, follow by series of questions about current job , relevancy, and reason for leaving. Very informal between manager, employees and interviewee. Then follow by technical question related to field of choice, what if scenarios and examples to back it up
Three interviews (mix of virtual and recorded). One interview behavioral and one technical interview with hiring manager and another with actual team. I was ghosted by HR for 6 months before i rejected.
