Following application and tests online I was invited for an assessment centre which involved an interview, group presentation and individual activity. Group presentation involved picking a topic i.e. sustainability, community support, mental health etc. and relating it back to BB. Individual activity - was given a newspaper and had to pick an article and relate it back to BB. Was disappointed in the interview stage as it was 1-1 rather than a panel interview which would have been fairer to candidates. The interview seemed unstructured and questions appeared random, jumping from why the company to about yourself then back to company and construction etc.

Well organised and friendly assessment centre. Only downside was there were a lot of candidates, maybe 12? Made it a bit unusual virtually. All parts of the assessment centre are explained and you can prepare from this. No real surprises.
