The interview process consists of one phone interview and one on site. It is a small company with new ownership and exponential growth. They are looking for entry level project engineer to enter and grow with the company. Interview questions were pretty much about my experience and what technical skills i can bring to the table. The work schedule and culture sounds too flexible, which is a good thing. They are like 40 minutes north of Downtown Indianapolis and are in location with good schools and neighborhoods.
