The interview process consisted of a first interview with the tech lead in which we talked about my technical background, my goals and expectations. It was a relaxed talk that flowed really well. The next step was a take home test for developing a property management web system (with landlords, tenants, properties, etc...) using Django admin interface. Bonus points would be awarded for properly tested code and for an API using DRF. The final step consisted with an interview with multiple members of the team and the hiring manager for that position.
