Started with a 20 minute phone interview which went briefly over my previous experience and skill levels, no testing questions but just to get a feel of the level of my ability. Following this I was invited back to a face to face interview which was conducted by 2 pairs of front end developers of varying experience. Some technical questions regarding CSS3 and some challenging issues I have had to overcome in the past. Nothing out of the ordinary from an interview perspective. It was definitely a lot more informal than I was expecting and have had experience of with other companies. Everyone was really friendly and it seemed like a great fun place to work which led me to choose Gamesys over another offer that I received. I have only been here a couple of weeks but so far I am really glad I left my previous company and joined Gamesys.
