You should not have any failing grades or else they would not even let you take the exam. Eliminations type. Exam first then if you pass you get an interview. Exam was the difficult part.

I interviewed at BDO Greenhills. There were a lot of applicants at that time. We had our exam. After the exam, we filled up our information in a tablet that was passed around. We were then called one by one to be interviewed intially. When my name was called, I entered a room and was interviewed in a cubicle. I will never forget the very first question that the girl asked me "WHAT IS YOUR WEIGHT?" At first I was taken a back because out of the blue that was the very first question she asked me and not about my resume or any background experience about banking. I cannot remember my weight but she was really persistent on knowing my weight. So yeah not so good experience with BDO.
