After applying I recieved a call from a hiring manager and spoke with him about my experience for a good half hour. He was very personable and friendly and we basically talked about my skills ANF we got to know each other. The actual interview was with the branch manager and the regional manager. Honestly it waz the best interview I ever had. They took an interest in my life and we had a good long chat about my banking experience. I felt like I would be a welcome addition to the team.
