I was approached by a recruiter and told to attend an interview on a certain date. I was not given the option to decide on a date and time. I called back to cancel the interview after reading reviews about the way this company recruits and their interview process. Also being in sales was not the career path that I wanted to pursue. I specifically told the recruiter that I was not interested in Sales with compensation being 100% commission. She told me that there were other opportunities. However, after reading reviews from various websites, I realized that that there appears to be a pattern for this company to mislead people to attend a mass interview for sales positions. This company needs to be more transparent in their hiring process.
