3 group sessions of listening why you should work for them. At the ending of each session, the manager tells you that if you receive a call you have been selected for the following one, but everyone kept returning, so I don't think people were being filtered out which I thought was very fishy, a read very bad reviews of them online and horrible customer reviews on their social media.

The interview was amazing and sold me on the spot..I really hope I get the second interview. Seems like a lovely work environment. They all seem to understand we are human. Also you don't need experience and they will pay for your insurance lisencing.

The interview process started by someone hosting a Zoom call. Next step was a face to face interview. At the in person interview they asked for a resume hard copy and asked a few questions. They introduced me to everyone and told me how the company is ran. The conversation that was held was amazing, very welcoming as well.
