About the job and company( I felt like I was in 1989 time warp) .the website job posting initially said Newark office the interview was in Dover which I don't mind traveling for interview but ended up where that was a priority spot but is dover for training purposes and originally they said Team meetings maybe once or twice a month in this group setting .then during interview was told team meetings will be once or twice a week that's a long drive to do DOVER just for training purposes don't get paid during the training for at LEAST 90 days when you first get your first booking" sale "so you don't get paid until you get your license and your first to sale.. so basically you pick it paid only on commission only .no pay during. training.. and the license and the online education is not their responsibility it would be the trainees. So the negative part is that nothing that information should have been addressed on the job posting on the website and or of the original phone interview prior to the group setting interview / meeting.
